The services are very good. Sarah was clear with information and very cooperative. Transportation and accommodation are good. The treatment is okay, but the doctor was in a hurry. I did not get enough time for the consultation and examination, and the agreed-upon procedure was postponed to the next day because of another patient. I became hesitant to continue the procedure.

The medical services that I receive at Hisar Intercontinental Hospital are excellent.
Let’s start from the very beginning –
1.    A very good organization of the transfers service from airport to the Hotel Double Tree by Hilton and back.
2.    A warm greeting of the hospital staff, very friendly and ensuring that I am properly informed about my program, things to observe, do and care. Here I can mention Nacim, Hassim, Nabila and other talented, caring and helpful young ladies.
3.    As concerning my main propose for visiting the hospital - I have done Hysteroscopy and PRP Ovarian Therapy.
4.    Assoc. Prof.Meryem Kurek Eken, M.D. was the doctor operating these procedures. From the moment I entered the doors, I felt welcomed, cared for, completely easy, I felt that my health is first priority and I am in good hands. She relates exceptionally well all the procedures, so I could understand the protocol, the timetable, the consequences, the post treatment. She told me all my options and helped me to maintain my optimism in becoming a mother.

My wife and I decided to try HISAR hospital, as their online communication was excellent.
The program was explained to us ahead of time, along with the cost details.
Transport and Hotel were excellent.
At the hospital, the staff was professional, efficient and spoke multiple languages, which was key. Nabila was exceptional, so was Amal.
Evaluation, Treatment and medication were explained clearly..
I recommend HISAR for everyone seeking medical attention without hesitation.
