The hospital was excellent: clean, well-organized, and calm. The staff were professional and responsive. My translator, Ismael, was a great help—always available, friendly, and with a fantastic sense of humor. I really appreciated that he went the extra mile. I was there for an upper blepharoplasty and also consulted a dentist for teeth whitening, so it was just a one-day visit, but I would have felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of if I had needed to stay longer. Apart from a few issues with WhatsApp, communication was clear and everyone was responsive. Transfers between the hotel and the clinic were always on time and much appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent choice, and I would feel comfortable using the hospital’s services in any capacity in the future. Thank you!

No pick up from hotel was given, had to pay hefty amount of 50 euros to get there by taxi for my PRP treatment, and I must express my deep disappointment. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with PRP procedure.
Despite arriving on time, my appointment wasn’t ready, and I had to wait a long time before anything even began. The process only moved forward after I insisted them. I transferred the payment of 350 euros well, yet the coordination was lacking.
One of the major issues was the language barrier—only one staff member could speak English, and she was new, with little to no understanding of the procedure. I waited for the doctor you had scheduled for me, only to be informed last minute that they were in surgery and unavailable until 12:00 p.m. This disrupted my entire day, as I had other important reservations based on the initial estimated timing giving by you.
Eventually, another doctor was assigned, who didn’t speak English either and made no effort to communicate before abruptly beginning the procedure. To make matters worse, they lacked proper PRP equipment. Instead of using the standard automated system, the plasma was manu

Had a great experience. Everything was positive: the organisation, level of hospital, fantastic Dr Yaman and the ever-smiling and professional Ismail. The only negative was the hotel perhaps. Its location is far from the centre and they charge you extra for water, which is silly for a recovery place (and when it's most important to drink). Very happy overall!

I don’t know where to start when it comes to the service and care that I received from the team. Right from the transport, reception at Lokman Hekim hospital, the staff and mostly my Surgeon Dr Murat, everyone was excellent. I travelled on 27th December on my own but I didn’t feel alone, I felt comfortable from the start, thanks to Ismael for his hard work in interpreting. Although I don’t speak Turkish, the staff at the hospital did their best to help me understand, they were attentive, caring and very professional. The hospital facilities are very clean, I felt like I was in a 5* hotel suite. Thank you so much Dr Ishmael for the liposuction, am healing well and thank you Ismael and your team for the care. Last but not least, thank you Kevin for arranging this and for checking on me whilst I was in hospital to ensure that I was getting a good service. I was very apprehensive because I had never had any surgery but Lokman Hekim has changed everything for me, I already see my body shape changing after my liposuction and am excited to see the final results in a few months. I don't have the words to say how perfect everything was. Whether it was the first contact with Nassim, the pick-up at the airport, the very luxurious and very clean hospital, Ismail was kind and very professional, always present and responsive whenever I needed it. , the surgeon who did an exemplary job, the nursing staff always very present, the welcome at the hotel.

Everything went well I was received at the airport by a driver who took me to the hospital where I stayed the night the next day I did the operation at the 1 hour I stayed 1 night. And it was after the doctor authorized me that I spent 3 nights in the hotel to have a check-up before leaving Turkey

Concerning my opinion on the hospital and the staff, nothing to say, everything went well. The operation as such, I imagine that it went well, I had no particular problem with it. of my health, no infection to my knowledge nor anything that would have required hospitalization in France so that's cool
