I waited over an hour before being called.
I am disappointed by Nassim's lack of organization and coordination. Plus, I feel like he doesn't know the clinic's medical procedures.
The gynecologist consulted me and assigned me to a caregiver or nurse to do the laser. She told me she didn't have my meeting in her schedule, she came home and left me there. Same for microneedling, there was no appointment.
I refused to be treated like cattle by the nurse. I wasted a day for nothing, I am very disappointed with the support.
I paid €106 for the consultation for nothing, it was a disaster, I lost a day for nothing. I wouldn't have come back for anything in the world the next day.
I regret and I do not recommend Hisar at all. They take people for cattle.
I would like to be reimbursed for the €106 paid for the consultation.

A clinic to avoid for couples undergoing PMA. We were received by the doctor the day after our arrival in Turkey. However, this meeting was very disappointing because we only got to see her for barely 10 minutes, and she didn't give us time or opportunity to ask questions. When I complained to the translator, she told me that we should ask our questions to the coordinator with whom we had spoken before our arrival in Turkey, because the doctor was not there for that. Moreover, it is not even this famous doctor that we saw during the 3 other visits, and all were just as expeditious. To top it off, the doctor did not perform the embryo transfer herself, but entrusted it to another doctor. This clinic absolutely does not keep the promises it made to us before our arrival. They are dream sellers. Given the way in which we were taken care of, I immediately feared the outcome of this IVF, which of course did nothing, except to make us waste a lot of time and money. . I want to share my experience with your team after being hospitalized for a blepharoplasty operation on March 7, 2023.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the organization, especially with regard to interpretation and transport from the hotel to the airport. Everything went smoothly.
However, I did notice a few minor issues during my stay. Indeed, I sometimes felt a certain expectation and a lack of information and communication, which could be improved for future patients. In addition, before my trip, transaction fees and exchange rates were not communicated as were the medications prescribed after the operation, which led to a slightly higher final amount.
As far as the hotel is concerned, it was very comfortable and the breakfast very good, but as far as the hospital meals are concerned, they were very poor and served a little late. Fortunately, the nurse who accompanied me throughout was very pleasant and caring.

I haven't finished my hospitalization but the clinic is not bad. Unfortunately I can't give an excellent rating because there are a lot of parameters that are wrong. There is already a gap between the advertised price and the price you will pay on the spot... Make sure you have extra money for medication and other costs because everything will be billed to you (and that's quite expensive in the end)
Then, the doctor is qualified enough but not attentive enough, the explanations are given too quickly especially when it is the first time, the process is not explained, sometimes we are completely lost and certain translations (in French I speak), do not match.
But hey, there is still a framework and other people to refer to in case of problems.

No communication skills for the doctor. He did not give any instructions for care post surgery. I was only followed up once by him and barely gave information about how to clean my dressings. Luckily my daughter is a nurse and could assist me. He did not tell me about what dressing to use and how to do it. He never told me where or how to find my post operation garments when i was in a foreign country, couldn't speak their language, and in so much pain so i had to go around the whole city to find them.
He took extra $150USD to test my scar tissue for cancer even though i had already paid $10,000. Tests took many days to come in, while he made me believe i could have cancer.
Hisar Hospital was a horrible experience with poor service. The only good person was a nurse named
Tuba.
I wouldnt even recommend an animal to attend this hospital.

Everything went very well.
Two criticisms that I can make, the Alllurion representative, present, who checked the watch and put it back in its box quickly… arrived at the hotel, I wanted to charge it…. The charger did not correspond for this model of watch.
The 2nd point… I couldn't find the coordinates of the clinic to register Allurion on my phone. They did it to me... I end up with a clinic based in Canada…not very serious…

Hotel’s wifi has been know to have problems for iPhones. No internet while you are down for a few days in a foreign country is no joke.
Hisar’s hospital is all about money. Once they charged you, they stopped treating you well and now everything is of extra cost. They way they run the hospital is a gong show. Nobody knows what they’re doing nobody informs you what’s going on the translator is not available most of the time. The nurses don’t speak English and when you staying there for the surgery the translator is not there with you at all. The hospital made so many mistakes. From the quote, to the booking of the hotel in terms of dates, to the nurse who didn’t know that I was being discharged at next morning she poked me on my other hand and to get the IV going only that I was being discharged already, so there was no need to change the iv. Nobody was able to tell me the date of control and when I went back to take out my drains they charge me for the cotton pads and Bendy just saying that it cost money for the doctor to see me and the material costs money as well. They said transportation was included only from the airport to the hotel, so it was a hass

Better organize the return transfer to the airport. I missed my flight home because the driver couldn't be there in time. After waiting more than 30 minutes I had to take a taxi at my expense and despite that we missed our flight. I had to buy new tickets for over 780 euros and lost our two plane tickets. It is abused and inconceivable. I had started contacting them on Friday for the organization of the transfer, Monday as soon as I arrived again before seeing the Dr. They answered me, don't worry... In the end... Otherwise for the rest RAS they answered all my expectations.

Sara was very nice, she provided info whenever I needed it. The hospital was not great though. The ENT specialist performed a very quick examination and did not want to look further into my issue he indicated that there was no major problem. I did not find the internal disease specialist very patient as well in terms of listening to my medical history. I went to another hospital which performed further test and discovered I had an infection and properly explained to me the results from Hisar. I'm undergoing treatment with that other hospital so I'm pleased with Sara's assistance but not with the hospital. Also the driver at hisar pixked me up but did not drop me.
